Hand-picked from the pride of our Pinot Noir vineyards, Block 9. A vibrant yet inherently graceful pinot noir displaying cherry, spice and red berry. Depth of aroma and flavour is attributed to optimum harvest conditions and superb varietal qualities for which Clone 115 is renowned. Fermentation embraced wild yeast, 20% new oak complimented by tiers of fermentation in two, three and four year aged oak barrels over ten months. Layers of vibrant fruit, enchanting fragrance and soft textural tannins. Already delightful drinking, it will evolve beautifully over the next five years.
