A fine, textured intense Chardonnay exhibiting restraint and tension. Grapefruit, lime, fresh stone fruit and sea spray with delicate whispers of fine French oak. In the mouth the wine has lifted florals, citrus, green melon and a hint of spice. The standout is the balance and structure of the wine. Tantalising acidity endows incredible drive and length. Stunning now but will evolve beautifully with some time in bottle. Vegan
